The wife goes up to her husband and said, "I want to talk with you – about life, love, and happiness"

Husband said, "Uhhh...Thanks?"

Without missing a beat she asked, "Will you still love me when I'm old and gray?"

Husband said, "Honey, of course – it's only fair since I'll be old and gray too."

The Wife said, "What if my body falls apart? What if I'm not attractive anymore?"

Her husband said, "LOL! The Lord works in mysterious ways!"

The wife said, "What if another woman steals your heart? What if you decide that you don't want me?"

Husband said, "Don't worry – I've got the power of prayer keeping me from straying away!"

The Wife looked hard into my eyes and asked: "Do you swear on everything that's holy?"

Husband said, "Yes ma'am! I swear by the Bible – that I will love you forever."

The Wife said, "Praise the Lord!", and she kissed me.

Husband said, "You're the best wife in the world, and I'm lucky to have you."

Without missing a beat she asked, "Will you still love me when I'm old and gray?"

Husband said, "Honey, of course – just try not to break any commandments before then!"

The wife said, "What if my body falls apart? What if I'm not attractive anymore?"

Husband said, "Well it's a good thing we married before God then! Praise the Lord!"

The wife said, "What if another woman steals your heart? What if you decide that you don't want me?"

Husband said, "That could never happen – remember our vows: 'Till death do us part…'"

The wife looked hard into her husbands' eyes and asked: "Do you swear on everything that's holy?"

Husband said, "'Holy moly!' Yes, I swear on my life that I will love you forever."

The Wife said, "Thank heavens!", and rolled her eyes as she kissed me.

A fun story written 2 differnt ways. I fell always a bit funny about swearing on the bible but i think it does make the story a bit more comical.
